Individual Ribbon Awards and Recognitions

1. All-State Quality Member Award (Excel) – 100 points or more  SUBMIT HERE (High School Only)
2. Business Achievement Awards (BAA) – Access through FBLA Connect (High School Members Only)
   • Contributor
   • Leader
   • Advocate
   • Capstone (No ribbon at SLC for this level. Recognition received at NLC)
3. LEAD Awards – Access through FBLA Connect (Middle School Members Only)
   • Explore
   • Aspire: Time Management
   • Aspire: FutureSmart (Partnership with EverFi)
4. Nebraska Young Leader Award (Middle School Only)
   • Each chapter may nominate one member plus state/national officers.
   • Nominees will receive recognition during the opening session. (no ribbon for this award)

5. Nebraska Who’s Who Award (High School Only)
   • Each chapter may nominate one member plus state/national officers.

1. Nebraska FBLA Foundation Trust Donation – (PDF) $100 or more for HS and $50 for MS per chapter
   • Foundation VIP – donate $500 or more for HS and $250 or more for MS – Receive reserved seating at the Saturday morning awards program at the State Leadership Conference.
2. NSBEA/NBEA Membership Ribbon (PDF)
3. Seven-Up (no form to submit) – Increase membership over the previous year by 7 members (Membership due January 15)
