CSO Legislative Day

The Center for Student Leadership hosted the Career Student Organization (CSO) State Officers (DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, FEA, FFA, HOSA and SkillsUSA) at the CSO Legislative Day on January 28. State officers spent the day learning about the legislative and lobbying process from representatives of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Nebraska Farm Bureau. Meeting with state senators, observing the Unicameral in action, and attending legislative bill hearings provided an educational day for the officers.

Nebraska FBLA is financially supported through the Nebraska Center for Student Leadership at the Nebraska Department of Education.
