General Sessions and presentation events will be held in Younes Conference Center North; online testing, impromptu speaking, and all middle-level events and workshops will be held in Younes Conference Center South.

Hotel Lottery

December 2 –  The Hotel Lottery Form opens at 7:45 a.m. CST.

January 15 – Chapters will be notified by January 15 of their status in the hotel lottery.

*If you are not placed in a Younes Conference Center Hotel, you must make reservations at one of the surrounding hotels. 
February 12 – Rooming list due for chapters through BluePanda SLC Registration system.

February 14 – Rooming list shared with Younes Hotel Management Staff

February 21 – Chapters on the waiting list for Younes Conference Center Hotels will be notified.

 

  • 24-Hour Reservation Cancellation Policy: Guest room reservations must be canceled before 6:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations after this time will be billed for the first night’s room charge plus tax. Those no-shows reservations on the first night will be canceled for any additional nights. Any reservation canceled must
    obtain a cancellation number to verify the reservation was canceled. Advance deposits or no-show charges cannot be refunded without cancellation documentation.
  • The hotel’s check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is noon. Rooms are available for check-in as they become available but cannot be guaranteed before 4 p.m.

Other hotels are in the area but are not guaranteed to provide you with the conference price.
