2025 State Leadership Conference Results

The Nebraska Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) state competitive events were held at the 64th annual State Leadership Conference on April 10-12, 2025, at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney, Nebraska.

More than 2,100 middle and high school students and advisers from 143 chapters attended the conference to compete in more than 100 chapter, team, and individual events, attend leadership workshops, and celebrate Nebraska FBLA’s success!

High school students placing first, second, or third in the competitive events and middle school students placing first and second are qualified to compete at the FBLA National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California, from June 27 to July 2.

 

The 2025-2026 Nebraska FBLA State Officers are:

  • Jack Cassell, Lincoln Southeast High School, Secretary
  • Beau Cassell, Lincoln Southeast High School, Treasurer
  • Jaidyn Glathar, Auburn High School, Reporter
  • Irelyn Bearinger, Elkhorn Valley High School, Parliamentarian

Outstanding Local Chapter Adviser

  • Miss Laura Rikli, Elmwood Murdock Public Schools
