Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national association for students in middle school and high school who are interested in business or business education careers. In Nebraska, over 5000 students in more than 150 middle/high schools participate in the state organization. The Nebraska FBLA Foundation provides support for the Nebraska State Leadership Conference keynote speaker and programs.

Benefits of FBLA membership are leadership development, career preparation, community service, networking with business and community leaders, and challenging skill and knowledge-based competitions.
